PLAN YOUR VISIT

We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes prior to your treatment to check in, change and relax. We will do our very best to accommodate your entire service, however, as a courtesy to other guests, late arrivals may only receive the remaining available appointment time. If you plan to use a gift card, please inform our reception staff upon arrival.

Advanced reservation for our services is recommended. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled, changed or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be billed 50% of each service. Day-of cancellations or no-shows will be 100% of each service. For your convenience, Aqua Spa offers a secure locker for your belongings in our changing room. After your treatments, you can use the locker room to take a shower with towels and hair dryers provided.

No food or drink is allowed in the hydrotherapy circuit with the exception of plastic or reusable water bottles.

Relaxation is best achieved when you can immerse yourself in a peaceful and quiet space. To allow all our guests to enjoy their experience, please leave your mobile phone in your locker.

To maintain Aqua Spa’s serene and peaceful atmosphere, newborns and children under 5 are not permitted in the spa.

If you have food allergies or any minor health problem, please let us know upon your arrival.

If you are happy with your service, it is customary to give 15-20% of the service price to your therapist.

We recommend you do not wear jewellery or bring valuables to Aqua Spa, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or stolen.
