USEFUL TIPS

APPOINTMENTS

We recommend showing up 10 minutes prior to your first treatment to fill out a short health checkup form. If you have a gift card, please let our reception staff know upon arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

You can modify or cancel a reservation no later than 48 hours before your treatment by contacting us by phone at 514-626-8201 or by email at booking@aquaspalg.com, otherwise you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the value of your treatment.  If you do not attend your appointment without notice or cancel the day of your appointment, the full price of your treatment will be charged to your credit card.

FOR A PACKAGE, ONGOING TREATMENTS OR THE HAMMAM EXPERIENCE

You will have access to a locker to secure your belongings. We offer you a bathrobe and slippers to maximize your comfort throughout the day. After your treatments, you can take a shower and use the towels and hair dryers offered in the change room.

ACCESS TO THE HAMMAM EXPERIENCE

Swimsuits and beach sandals are mandatory. No food or drink is allowed in the steam room except for plastic or reusable water bottles. We provide bath towels.

CELLPHONES

Relaxation is best achieved when you can immerse yourself in a peaceful and quiet space. To allow all our guests to enjoy their experience, please speak in a low voice and leave your cellphone in your locker.

CHILDREN AND NEWBORN BABIES

To maintain the Spa’s serene and peaceful atmosphere, newborns and children under 5 are not allowed.
